The Group

A shipping group built on ownership, design and faith

United Faith Group Limited consists of several wholly owned subsidiaries, initiated with the first member “Fortune Crystal Shipping Co., Ltd.” founded in 1996 at Hong Kong.

Overview

From regional operator to industry-chain group

After two decades of development, the Group has evolved from a regional operator into a company linking through the international shipping industry chain — with versatile shipping investments covering ship investment, ship design, construction and supervision, project logistics, fleet chartering and operation both commercially and technically, and offshore projects.

Dareon Logistics (HK)

Active player in the global MPP & offshore market — market developing, commercial management, chartering & operation, and sale & purchase.

UFG Shanghai

The Group's offshore technology centre, involving ship design and ship construction project management.

UFG Tianjin

The Group's own crew training & manning and ship supply centre base.

Core business

Three pillars of the operating model

Culture & vision

Lead the MPP break-bulk trend

Making the shipping of heavy-lift cargoes a normal, convenient and liner-like regular service, through the versatile and multi-optional functions of the new MPP vessels — and proposing a new commercial pattern: a Public Tonnage Provider platform that accommodates global MPP players to participate and share resources.

Vision

To be the trusted benchmark in multipurpose and offshore heavy-lift shipping — where ownership, in-house design and operations converge into a service customers can plan around.

Values

  • Own the asset, own the outcome — fleet, crewing and management dedicated to our customers.
  • Flat organisation, quick decisions, commitment to performance.
  • Live up to our commitments — customer satisfaction through the years speaks for itself.
